DoMs talk to Toronto's Moynan King about her latest creation at Buddies in Bad Times. Open for business over the first two weeks of June, the Beauty Salon is part installation and part performance piece, an original style developed by Moynan King that blurs the line between audience and performer and sees theatre as an experiential rather than expositional medium.
DoMs also talk to Tanya Churchmuch of girlports.com, a website dedicated to lesbian travel and getting girls out and about. A regular contributor to Dykes on Mykes, Tanya tells all about her latest traveling adventures which includes a recent visit to NYC where she attended a Queer Women's Media conference, lesbian sheriff sightings in Dallas, and the not so lesbian Las Vegas.
